The Street and Sanitation Department maintains the streets, sidewalks and storm sewers, picks up debris and garbage for the City of Sheffield. They are located at 1916 W. 16th Street, Sheffield, Alabama. Hours of operation are 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Thursday. They can be reached at
